<p>Although the DMV’s facial recognition software had been criticized in recent weeks, following a USA Today report that blamed the technology for a law banning smiles in drivers license photos, it does seem to be working.  So, now the logical question is&#8230;when will this technology be used in all 50 states?  </p>
