For example, New York University&#8217;s Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn has been offering a master&#8217;s degree in cyber security since last fall.  By recruiting and training young talent, our nation can be better prepared to deal with ongoing cyber defense issues.  In addition, the New York Times reports that banks, military contractors and software companies, along with federal agencies, are looking for &#8220;cyber ninjas&#8221; to fend off a sophisticated array of hackers.
