Think about it&#8230;it is way too easy for someone to set up a fake Twitter handle for a celebrity, politician, and even a sports manager.  Heck.  It happens all the time&#8230;there must have been 15 fake Barack Obama Twitter handles during the election alone.  Well, one public figure, Cardinals Manager Tony La Russa, is waging a legal war with Twitter when he found out that someone set up a fake Twitter account under his name.</p>
<p>What do you all think about this?  Legally public figures are pretty much fair game &#8211; more so when it comes to press coverage.  In addition, there was no financial harm done to LaRussa.  On the flip side, some of the Tweets were very inappropriate and could be damaging to his reputation.
