Don’t know, but what I do know is that I received a new credit card forwarded to me from my old address. Problem is: it wasn’t addressed to me originally nor did it have my name on it! I sent it back to the proper recipient but what a great opportunity for ID theft if that card was received by a less scrupulous person.
